One year term with automatic renewal
The insurance cover of the cancellation insurance begins when the insurance policy is sent. The term of one year is automatically extended for another year. However, the insurance can be terminated early with a notice period of 30 days.
Emergency hotline service
Our Swiss emergency call centre is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to support you in the event of an emergency during your trip. The experts provide you with advice on aspects such as choosing doctors or hospitals, or can organise repatriation. If an emergency happens during your trip, call: +41 43 550 21 21
Treatment for diving accidents can be very expensive, which is why many diving centres require proof of cover in the event of a claim. As a rule, treatment for diving accidents (e.g. decompression illnesses) in pressurised chambers is excluded from standard insurance conditions. However, with the Dive 365 annual insurance specially developed for divers, you are not only covered for diving accidents, but also benefit from an all-round carefree package for your trips. In addition, incapacity to dive is an insured reason for cancelling or interrupting your trip. Your diving equipment is also covered with an insured sum of up to CHF 3000.
With cancellation insurance, you can avoid high expenses in the event of an unexpected trip cancellation before departure. A mishap while travelling can also quickly become expensive. This is because medical services abroad are very expensive - especially in high-price countries such as the USA, Canada, Japan or Australia. Damaged luggage or a legal dispute can also leave a deep mark on your travel budget. Our tip: save money with our affordable annual travel insurance. It offers cover for any number of trips per year and also applies to business trips. In addition, booked leisure events and tickets are covered by ticket protection.
